Edmundo Hernandez Killed In Westminster, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 16 in Westminster, California. Edmundo Hernandez died when the vehicle he was traveling in was struck by a hit-and-run driver at Newland Street and Trask Avenue. Deputies attempted to pull over a black Chevrolet Camaro after a scanner determined it was fitted with fraudulent tags. The driver did not stop, and instead, fled from the deputies. The suspect allegedly ran through a red light at the intersection of Newland Street and Trask Avenue and collided with a black BWM occupied by two people. One man in the BMW, 64-year-old Edmundo L. Hernandez died from injuries. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim. Breaking news desk
