Erik Perez Arrested In Pomona, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 28 in Pomona, California. Erik Elias Perez was arrested in connection with a crash that killed multiple victims. Perez' vehicle collided with an SUV on Garey Avenue. The SUV overturned and Perez's vehicle slammed into a tree. Perez fled from the scene on foot, authorities and witnesses reported. Two front-seat occupants of the SUV, a man and a woman, died in the collision. A woman in the rear seat suffered critical injuries and was transported to an area hospital. Perez later checked himself into a hospital and was arrested. He faces charges of felony manslaughter, hit-and-run resulting in death and grand theft auto. The crash remains under investigation.
