Ethel Evans Killed In Houston, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on September 28 in Houston, Texas. Ethel Evans died after being hit by a Toyota Tundra pickup truck while on a sidewalk at 2300 Scott Street. Alexandre Segal was driving when the vehicle hit the back end of a Toyota Corolla. The Impact sent the truck onto the sidewalk, where it struck Ethel Evans. Evans was pronounced deceased at the scene. Segal showed signs of intoxication and was charged with intoxication manslaughter, authorities said.
