Floyd Emerson was injured when his semi-truck collided with a tractor-trailer that crashed on Interstate 70. The crash occurred when a Kenworth truck-tractor semi-trailer combination operated by 51-year-old Milton Higgs left the highway, overcorrected, and then overturned in the roadway, blocking both eastbound lanes.
