Ford Perkins Charged In Spring Hill, FL Accident

DUI accident near the Sunoco Gas Station

Tragic accident that occurred on November 3 in Spring Hill, Florida. Ford Perkins was charged with DUI manslaughter after an ATV accident fatally injured a man on a private road near the Sunoco Gas Station at Shady Hills Road. Perkins, who was driving in circles, lost control, and the ATV overturned. A 35-year-old passenger was ejected in the crash and run over by the ATV. Tragically, he succumbed to his injuries. Perkins ran from the scene but was later located and charged with DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of a crash involving a death. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
