Francisco Vasquez Arrested In Johnson City, TN Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on August 27 in Johnson City, Tennessee. Francisco Vasquez was arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that seriously injured a pedestrian that was walking along West Market Street. The vehicle driver, later identified as Francisco Vasquez left the scene after the collision. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. After a preliminary investigation, Vasquez was located and arrested on Thursday. He admitted to striking the pedestrian and fleeing the scene. He was charged with vehicular assault and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
