Gavin Patrick Killed In Waco, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 25 in Waco, Texas. Gavin Patrick lost his life when the vehicle he was a passenger in crashed on E. Herring Avenue. 28-year-old Ryan Dabney was driving west, when the vehicle crashed in the 1200 block. One passenger, 31-year-old Gavin Patrick, was pronounced dead at the scene. Dabney was arrested by authorities in Limestone County on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault. The incident remains under investigation.
