Gregory Thompson Killed In Charlotte, NC Accident

Two vehicle accident on Freedom Drive

Tragic accident that occurred on October 30 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Gregory Thompson died in a two-vehicle accident on Freedom Drive when a 2024 Mitsubishi attempted a U-turn near Ashley Road and was hit by a 2010 Dodge Challenger.  The driver of the Mitsubishi, and a passenger in the vehicle, were both declared deceased at the scene. The 34-year-old man driving the Dodge was arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including misdemeanor death by vehicle, no operators license, improper use of lane, and speeding.
