Harold Ray Killed In Oceanside, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on November 22 in Oceanside, California. Harold Ray died when he was struck along Oceanside Boulevard and Goat Hill Drive.  The driver stopped and called 9-1-1 to report the incident. While awaiting the arrival of law enforcement and fire personnel, a Ford sedan traveling east on Oceanside swerved to avoid the SUV and struck the two victims in the roadway. Both pedestrians were pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
