Haylee Concepcion Killed In St. Petersburg, FL Accident

DUI accident at 54th Avenue South and 31st Street

Tragic accident that occurred on May 28 in St. Petersburg, Florida. Haylee Concepcion died after being hit by a Jeep while walking her bike in a marked cross walk at 54th Avenue South and 31st Street. Concepcion was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, where she passed away. Police say the driver of the Jeep, Richard Wilson, showed signs of impairment and was arrested for driving under the influence. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
