Isabelle Herrera Arrested In Vista, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on February 26 in Vista, California. Isabella Herrera was arrested in connection with a DUI-related crash that claimed the life of a pedestrian who was outside of his Chevrolet in the median along eastbound Highway 78. The pedestrian succumbed to injuries from the crash. His identity was not immediately released. Herrera was later arrested on multiple charges that included gross vehicular manslaughter and felony driving under the influence. CHP continues to investigate the accident.
