Pedestrian killed on Whittaker Parkway

Tragic accident that occurred on May 6 in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Isaiah Singleton was arrested after a pedestrian was tragically killed in a hit-and-run on Whittaker Parkway. Sadly, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said that Singleton drove away from the crash. He was later apprehended and charged with leaving the scene of an accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
