Tragic accident that occurred on March 8 in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jada Cousins was tragically killed in an accident involving a tractor-trailer at Old Pineville roads. “It is with great sadness that I share news about the deaths of two of our students,” South Mecklenburg Principal wrote in a statement. “Seniors Kaia Hodge and Jada Cousins were involved in a fatal car accident Friday morning. We are heartbroken by this loss and grieve with Kaia and Jada’s family and friends.” We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
