James Martin Diaz Involved In Santa Ana, CA Accident

DUI accident leaves one dead

 Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, February 6 at about 5:13 a.m. in Santa Ana, California. James Martin Diaz was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. The arrest is in connection with the tragic death of a woman in an accident on Third and Main Street. Mr. Diaz was driving a Chevy South when he collided with a Kia. The driver of the Kia was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Anyone with information about the accident is urged to contact Investigator L.
