Tragic accident that occurred on February 2 in Silsbee, Texas. An impaired driver is responsible for the tragic death of 39-year-old James Means, who was riding a Harley Davidson when he was hit on FM 327. James Means was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver was arrested on intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault charges related to the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
