Tragic accident that occurred on July 14 in Tacoma, Washington.  James Rowley suffered injuries after he was hit by a vehicle at South Sprague Avenue and South 15th Street. Distraction is believed to have contributed to the accident. An investigation is ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
