James Spencer Killed El Paso, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on November 27 in El Paso, Texas. James Spencer was struck and killed by a car on northbound Interstate 25. The crash involved a Jeep and a Subaru Outback. Following the crash, both drivers moved out of their cars to the left shoulder to exchange information. Moments later, a pickup truck traveling at a high rate of speed struck the cars on the shoulder, forcing the Subaru to hit one of the motorists, who landed in the southbound lanes of Interstate 25 and was run over by traffic. Spencer was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
