James Toomer Killed In Albany, GA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 25th in Albany, Georgia. James Toomer lost his life when he was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross East Oglethorpe Boulevard. According to the Albany Police Department Toomer was walking across the street in the 300 block when he was struck by a vehicle. Additional details were not immediately available as police continue to investigate the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
