Jared Eklund Killed In Van Meter, IA Accident

Motorcycle accident along 360th Street

Tragic accident that occurred on June 12th in Van Meter, Iowa. Jared Eklund lost his life when his motorcycle was struck by a motorist along 360th Street. A vehicle driven by a 16-year-old boy was headed west when it crossed the centerline and struck Eklund. The state patrol reported that Eklund succumbed to injuries from the crash. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
