Jay Lewis Killed In Humboldt, CA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on August 28th in Humboldt, California. Jay Lewis died in a head-on collision between his motorcycle and a sedan along King Salmon Avenue when the BMW sedan attempted to pass a slower-moving vehicle ahead of it. The BMW pulled into the westbound lane and directly into the path of a 2005 Suzuki motorcycle. The vehicles collided head-on. Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by CHP. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim
