Tragic accident that occurred on September 30 in San Diego, California. Jean Ramirez was charged in connection with an accident when he drove off the roadway and down a steep hill before rolling over and crashing into a tree. Sadly, a passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. Ramirez was arrested on felony DUI and homicide-related charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
