Tragic accident that occurred on August 12 in Elbow Lake, Minnesota. Jeffrey Robert Manthei was seriously hurt in a crash involving a Harley Davidson and a Peterbilt semi at the intersection of U.S. Route 59 and 1st Street. He was riding a Harley Davidson south when it collided with a northbound Peterbilt semi. Jeffrey was rushed to Lake Region Healthcare Elbow Lake Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
