Jiancai Chen died when a drunk driver crashed through a nail salon. A Chevy Traverse driven by Steven Schwally raced through the Kohl's parking lot across the street, seemingly in a rush to get out of there. Schwally then crashed through the front window of Hawaii Nail & Spa on Grand Boulevard. Chen was killed in the wreck.
