Joe Palacios Killed In San Antonio, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 26 in San Antonio, Texas. Joe Palacios died when the vehicle he was a passenger in crashed along W. Commerce Street. A 27-year-old man was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a pole near 36th Street. The driver attempted to flee from the scene on foot but was quickly apprehended. The driver, whose identity was not released, was arrested on suspicion of intoxication manslaughter.
