Joel Flores Involved In White Settlement, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on December 16 in White Settlement, Texas. Joel Flores was detained after he fatally struck a pedestrian in the 1900 block of East Mayfield. The driver involved, identified as 31-year-old Nestor Joel Flores, later drove to a parking lot in White Settlement. Authorities were later alerted of the situation and said the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Flores was detained and charges are pending a complete investigation.
