John Andel was tragically killed in a head-on accident on State Highway 62 when a Chevy Traverse driven by a 20-year-old man crossed over into the northbound lane, colliding with Andel’s Ford F-150 pickup truck. As a result of the collision, the F-150 became engulfed in flames. Sadly, Andel was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
