Tragic accident that occurred on July 29 in San Bernardino, California. Jose Guadalupe Garcia lost his life after being hit by a motor vehicle in the 1000 block of South Inland Center Drive. Sadly, Garcia died at the scene due to injuries sustained in the collision. This is still an active investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
