Tragic accident that occurred on July 23 in Willmar, Minnesota. Jose Luis Nunez was tragically killed when his Honda Civic was hit by a Kenworth tractor-trailer at Minnesota State Highway 23 and County Road 5 Southwest. The accident remains under investigation.
