Juan Bustamante was arrested for DUI after crashing a pickup truck into Bred’s Nashville Hot Chicken and Seabirds Kitchen. Three people were injured when Juan ran a red light and then sideswiped another vehicle in the 2900 block of Bristol Street. The truck crashed through the front of Bred’s Nashville Hot Chicken and partially into the kitchen area of Seabirds Kitchen. Injured in the crash were Bustamante, a passenger in his truck, and a store manager at Seabird’s Kitchen. The manager suffered a broken leg and reportedly was scheduled to begin maternity leave on Sunday. Officers smelled alcohol on Bustamante and arrested him on suspicion of DUI.
