Juan Santillan Killed In Modesto, CA Accident

Hit and run wreck on E. Hatch Rd.

Tragic accident that occurred on March 28th in Modesto, California. Juan Santillan lost his life after apparently being struck by a hit-and-run driver along East Hatch Road. A preliminary investigation indicated that Santillan had been struck by a motor vehicle that apparently fled the scene. There was no immediate information available about the suspect vehicle or its driver. Witnesses or those with information about the crash are encouraged to call CHP officer Aaron Norseen at 209-545-7440. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
