Juan Silva Killed In Pharr, TX Accident

Crash on Cage Boulevard and Javelina Drive

Tragic accident that occured on Saturday April 24th at about 3 AM in Pharr, Texas. Juan Silva was tragically killed when his vehicle was rear-ended by an alleged intoxicated driver on Cage Boulevard and Javelina Drive. 21-year-old Damien Martinez has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and accident involving death in connection with the collision. Mr. Silva was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
