Julie Walberg Killed In Rockford, IL Accident

DUI wreck along 4900 Harrison Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on May 8th in Rockford, Illinois. Julie Walberg lost her life when she was struck by an alleged drunken driver in the 4900 block of Harrison Avenue. Walberg was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, 25-year-old Efrain Dominguez, Jr., remained at the scene after the crash. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and aggravated DUI involving death.
