Julsef Fleming 23-Year-Old Male Killed In Cicero, IL Accident

Sad crash happened at about 3 a.m. off Roosevelt Road near Central Avenue in Chicago-area community


Tragic accident that occured on Saturday December 12th in Cicero Illinois. 23 Year-Old Julsef Fleming, was sadly killed when the SUV he was a passenger in struck a building off Roosevelt Road in Cicero. The driver, whose name hasn’t been released, went off Roosevelt Road and hit the building near Central Avenue. The vehicle burst into flames. Mr. Fleming, the driver and two other passengers also were tragically pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.
