Justin Booth was charged with aggravated DWI after the motorcycle he was driving crashed and injured his passenger in the 3700 block of East State Street. A passenger was thrown from the motorcycle in the wreck and came to rest underneath a nearby vehicle. She was transported to an area hospital for treatment of her injuries. Booth, who was also hospitalized, was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and various other traffic infractions.
