Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, December 7th at around 10:30 AM in Lancaster, New York. Karen Loos was tragically killed in a two-vehicle accident in the 6100 block of Broadway. The crash occurred when a vehicle driven by Gerald Caci crossed the median and crashed into the victims car. Karen Loos was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
