Kelsie Olson Injured In Upsala, MN Accident

Pedestrian accident on W. 70th Street

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday March 17th at around 3:47 a.m in Upsala, Minnesota. Kelsie Olson, was injured when she was struck by a vehicle while walking west on 70th street. She was struck by a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Cody Stumpf. The impact threw the pedestrian into a ditch, resulting in injuries. She is being treated at St. Cloud Hospital with unknown injuries. The accident remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
