Kendall Hawkins Charged In Charleston, SC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 16 in Charleston, South Carolina. Kendall Hawkins was charged with DUI in a crash on Savannah Highway that claimed the life of a passenger. Hawkins was driving a construction vehicle while pulling a trailer north on Savannah Highway when he made an illegal U-turn on the highway, turning in front of another construction vehicle and causing the crash. One of the three passengers ejected from the trailer passed away later at a hospital. The victim's name hasn't been released. Hawkins was charged with two counts of felony DUI resulting in great bodily injury or death. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
