Keven Bowder Killed In Everett, WA Accident

Crash along Everett Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on December 9 in Everett, Washington. Keven Bowder lost his life when he was struck by a motorist along Everett Avenue in the 2400 block. Bowder was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver – a man in his 20s – remained at the scene to cooperate with officers. He was not expected to face charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
