Kira Donovan Killed In Vancouver, WA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 9 in Vancouver, Washington. Kira Donovan lost her life after a jet ski crash near the Vancouver Waterfront. Donovan was riding a jet ski west on the Columbia River when two jet skis collided. She was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center where she succumbed to injuries. Police said the other driver showed signs of impairment and a breath analysis showed a blood-alcohol level of 0.091. The legal limit to operate a vehicle in Washington is 0.08. He was charged with vehicular homicide and operating a vessel while under the influence. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
