Tragic accident that occurred on August 24 in Manhattan, New York. Kirk Walker lost his life in a wrong-way accident involving a hit-and-run driver that was heading southbound in the northbound lanes along the Henry Hudson Parkway. One person traveling in the Challenger, identified as 38-year-old Kirk Walker, tragically died at the site of the crash. The driver of the pickup ran from the scene on foot and remains at large.
