Tragic accident that occurred on August 30 in Wilmington, North Carolina. Kristen Castro is facing several charges after hitting a pedestrian in the 600 block of Castle Street. The unidentified victim was transported to a hospital for injuries. Castro was charged with driving while impaired, seriously injured by vehicle, and reckless driving to endanger.
