LaQuenta Housley was tragically killed when the vehicle she was traveling in was struck by a drunk driver on the North Freeway. The victim was traveling in a vehicle that was hit by 26-year-old Sarah Gay near the White Oak exit. According to the Houston Police Department, Gay was intoxicated and driving northbound in the southbound lanes when she hit two cars. Sadly, Housley, and the driver of the vehicle, were tragically pronounced dead at the scene. Gay faces two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
