Lamont Rhodes Killed In La Porte, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on January 2 in La Porte, Texas. Lamont Rhodes was one of two people who died in a wrong-way collision on the Fred Hartman Bridge. A black GMC pick-up truck was traveling south in the northbound lane when it collided with a black Toyota Corolla. The Toyota driver, identified as 27-year-old Rhodes, was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
