Lily Toy Stone was injured in a two-vehicle accident on U.S.63 North. A Toyota Tundra driven by Matthew Richard Matthias came to a stop at a sign and failed to yield the right of way from the stop sign while crossing U.S. 63. That resulted in a collision with the Honda, triggering a wreck. Stone was transported to Allen Hospital for treatment. Matthias was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and failing to yield the right of way from the stop sign.
