Marcela Bustamante Killed In Jones, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, May 3 in Jones, Texas. Marcela Bustamante was tragically killed when the car that she was a passenger in struck an SUV that pulled out in front of them at the intersection of County Road 354 and US 83. Jose Salcedo was the driver of the SUV that pulled out in front of the vehicle. As a result, the vehicles collided and Bustamante was rushed to Hendrick Medical Center where she sadly later died. The driver and another passenger were both injured in the crash. The accident remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
