Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, September 11 in Highland, California. Mark Bocanegra was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle while riding his scooter on Church Avenue. The victim was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
