Tragic accident that occurred on November 9 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mark Garris was fatally injured when the vehicle he was traveling in was struck by a motorist who allegedly ran a red light along Spring Forest Road. A passenger in the Ford, identified as 66-year-old Mark Garris, was rushed to an area hospital where he sadly succumbed to his injuries. The 38-year-old man driving the Chevrolet was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failure to stop at a steady red light.
