Tragic accident that occurred on June 30 in Dare, North Carolina. Mark Sullivan faces multiple charges after a hit-and-run crash along U.S. 64, leaving a critically injured victim. A man pushing a bicycle was found struck and with critical injuries. The driver fled before deputies arrived. The victim was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.
