Tragic accident that occurred on November 9 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Mary Garris was injured when the vehicle she was traveling in was struck by a motorist who allegedly ran a red light along Spring Forest Road. Garris was hospitalized with unspecified injuries. The 38-year-old man driving the Chevrolet was charged with misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failure to stop at a steady red light. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
