Tragic accident that occurred on November 8 in Spokane, Washington. Mary Lambert was seriously injured after being hit by a driver who authorities say fled the scene at West 3rd Avenue and South Washington Street. The vehicle involved in the crash took off and failed to render aid to the victim. Medics responded to the scene and transported Lamber to an area hospital for treatment.
